YFC Screenings at Thanjavur

Nov 9, 2011: Youth for Conservation’s second TTAT Marathon conservation awareness programme began by screening The Truth About Tigers for 300 students of the architecture department at Periyar Maniammai College, Thanjavur. It was followed by an interaction and spot quiz. Free TTAT DVDs were distributed as prizes.

In the afternoon session, around 500 students of  Standards 7 and 8 watched the film at Kamala Subramanian Mr. Hr. Sec school. This screening too was followed by a lively interaction and quiz.
